Building Maintenance Services for Technological University Dublin

This is a comprehensive building maintenance contract covering all campuses of Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin). The contract encompasses routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities across multiple locations. Suppliers should be prepared to provide services including but not limited to: general building repairs, mechanical and electrical system maintenance, plumbing, HVAC services, painting, flooring, and general custodial support. The successful contractor will work closely with TU Dublin's facilities management team to maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained learning and working environments. This is an opportunity for maintenance service providers with experience managing multi-site contracts and the capacity to respond promptly to maintenance requests across dispersed campus locations.
