Professional Services for Project and Property Management

The Contracting Authority is establishing a multi-supplier Professional Services Framework to support diverse project, engineering, property, and advisory needs across its operations. This framework will deliver services for major capital projects, regional investment programmes, and property-related activities, with access to a capable supply chain including both national providers and local SMEs. The framework covers: Project and programme management services, Design and engineering services, Architectural services, Planning and consent support, Property and asset-related consultancy, and Specialist technical advisory services. The framework will be organized into multiple Lots and Sub-Lots with national and regional delivery models to match supplier capability with project requirements. It will operate as an open framework, allowing periodic re-opening to add suppliers and maintain competitive tension throughout its duration. This presents opportunities for providers of all sizes to support essential infrastructure and property initiatives.
