Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement Extension

The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) has established a framework agreement providing construction professional services to UK public sector organizations. This framework is available to Central Government Departments and all other public sector bodies including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Housing, Charities, Not-for-Profit organizations, Nuclear bodies, and Devolved Administrations, as well as International clients. The GCA is extending the Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement (RM6165) by an additional one month under Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 due to unforeseen circumstances that a diligent contracting authority could not have anticipated. Suppliers with existing positions on this framework should note this contract modification and any associated adjustments to terms and conditions.
