Brief

SSEN Transmission seeks experienced consultancy support to provide benchmarking validation, modelling, and post-contract support services for price adjustment mechanisms (PAMs) across 11 major transmission infrastructure schemes. This engagement will support the Employer's lifecycle management of inflation costs across multiple work packages including significant projects such as Beauly to Peterhead (BBNC/BPNC), Beauly to Denny (BDUP), Beauly to Spittal (BLN/SLU4), Tealing to Kintore (TKUP), Argyll, EGL2, EGL3, Orkney, Skye, Spittal to Peterhead, and Western Isles. The successful supplier will deliver PAMs validation modelling and provide ongoing portfolio tool support across multiple sites to ensure effective inflation management throughout the contract lifecycle.
