Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission Multi-Site Framework for Construction Works

This procurement establishes a multi-lot framework for civils, buildings, overhead line, and underground cable works across Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission's large capital delivery portfolio in Scotland. The framework covers six specialized lots: civils works up to £10m, civils works over £10m, buildings and infrastructure, overhead line pole construction, overhead line tower construction, and underground cable construction. The contracting authority seeks to appoint long-term strategic partners with the capability and capacity to deliver design, management, construction, testing, and completion works, supporting network investment, renewal, customer connections, and the transition to net zero. The framework has a potential total value of up to £7.4 billion, with lot-specific appointments for a period up to eight years. This notice supersedes the previously published notice (FTS 2026/S 000-052513) and incorporates minor amendments to the PQQ_486 All Lots Questionnaire. The submission deadline has been extended to allow suppliers adequate time to review and respond to the updated notice and questionnaire. All lot-specific PQQ questionnaires remain unchanged.
