    Brief

The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) seeks a 12-month direct award with Revelio Labs to access an existing commercial workforce intelligence dataset. This time-limited arrangement (capped at £80,000 with no extensions) will support DSIT's AI Security Institute research programme on how AI adoption impacts the labour market. The dataset will provide granular, firm-level intelligence including job postings, employee profiles, skill taxonomies, and workforce flows to enable DSIT to: measure how skill composition evolves at firms adopting AI; validate AI exposure measurement frameworks; replicate and extend published research on early-career labour market outcomes; inform UK workforce and education policy on skills retraining, curriculum adaptation, and employer expectations; and establish an early warning system to identify workforce risks before they appear in official statistics. This is a data access arrangement rather than consultancy or bespoke analysis, managed within existing programme budgets and governance. The arrangement will be entered into by the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, with rights and liabilities expected to transfer to the Secretary of State for the Cabinet Office.
