The supplier will serve approximately 2,500-2,650 high-quality sample servings showcasing premium British beef, lamb, and pork to visitors and 18 co-exhibitors through two alternating fusion-style menus. Key responsibilities include: full kitchen operations (pre-event preparation, on-site cooking, daily service); providing all staffing, non-meat ingredients, equipment, and tableware; managing food safety and storage; operating bar and barista services; coordinating with the AHDB stand team; and maintaining service excellence throughout the exhibition. The supplier must demonstrate flexibility to scale volumes as needed and provide daily reporting on operations.
