Digestor Roof Replacement Design and Build Services

This Design and Build framework seeks a contractor to develop outline and detailed designs, and execute the complete replacement of fixed painted steel digestor roofs across multiple sites. The successful contractor will act as both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, responsible for the full project lifecycle including: outline and detailed design development; digestor decommissioning, purging, and waste management; demolition and disposal of existing steel roofs; construction including remedial works, roof fabrication and installation, civil works, mechanical/electrical/instrumentation works, welding, electrical systems, and instrumentation; site reinstatement and commissioning. The scope includes all necessary surveys, temporary works, plant, equipment, materials, site management, and welfare facilities. All works must be completed across all sites by 2030. This is a significant infrastructure project requiring expertise in industrial asset replacement, structural engineering, and multi-disciplinary construction coordination.
