Service and Maintenance for Radiological and Nuclear Detection Equipment

This contract seeks a Preferred Supplier to provide comprehensive service and maintenance for the Cyclamen Estate's Radiological and Nuclear (RN) Detection Equipment. The supplier will support a distributed RN Detection Estate across multiple operational sites, including a Juxtaposed Port facility, and dedicated test facilities. The service scope encompasses three integrated service towers: RN Detection equipment support, IT Management systems, and Test Site Management operations. The supplier will be responsible for ensuring equipment availability, performance, and compliance across all locations.
