Research and Development Support Framework for Tree Health

Scottish Forestry is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement to support research, analytical work, and evidence-based reporting on tree health across Scotland. This framework will enable suppliers to conduct new research, analyse data against defined criteria, and provide factual findings and recommendations to help Scottish Forestry meet its strategic objectives outlined in the Corporate Strategy and Plan 2025–2030. Key activities include supporting Scottish Forestry's policy and regulatory responsibilities related to tree pests and diseases, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting research findings to relevant parties. This is an opportunity for research organizations and analytical service providers to deliver critical evidence that informs Scotland's forestry management and tree health protection initiatives.
