Depot Charging Scheme Technical Support and Program Management

This contract seeks a technical support provider to advise on industry trends and implementation best practices for the Depot Charging Scheme (DCS). Key responsibilities include: gathering evidence on grid connection and power provision capabilities at applicant sites through direct engagement; providing technical guidance to the scheme administrator (GGMS) during application assessment and to applicants throughout the process; developing and delivering marketing and engagement activities to promote the grant opportunity to industry stakeholders and potential applicants through networks, workshops, events, and webinars; and conducting ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities, including in-person site audits where necessary, to assess program effectiveness, ensure value for money, and identify and mitigate fraud risks. The successful supplier will need expertise in charging infrastructure, grid connection requirements, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
