    Brief

The Contracting Authority is seeking a suitably qualified contractor through a competitive design and build (D&B) process to deliver a new street cleansing vehicles depot at 61 Harewood Avenue, London, NW1 6PA. This is a two-stage procurement: Stage 1 involves appointing a contractor for a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to develop designs and plans. The selected contractor will have the opportunity to bid for Stage 2, the main works contract, though the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award this contract at its discretion. If Stage 2 proceeds, a further notice will be published. Contractors bidding for the PCSA should be experienced in depot facility design, construction delivery, and pre-construction planning. The successful contractor will work collaboratively during the pre-construction phase before potentially progressing to deliver the full construction project.
