External Redecorations and Refurbishment Framework for Windsor Estate Properties

The Royal Household is seeking contractors to deliver a 4-year framework agreement for external redecorations and refurbishment works across multiple royal properties, including Windsor Castle, Windsor Royal Mews, Home Park, and Hampton Court Royal Paddocks. The contract is split into two lots: Lot A requires 2 contractors for Windsor Castle and Windsor Royal Mews (5-phase programmes each), and Lot B requires 1 contractor for Home Park and Hampton Court Royal Paddocks (5-phase programmes). Works include planned external redecorations, cleaning of external elements, comprehensive surface preparation, timber and metalwork repairs, window and door replacements, rainwater goods replacement, thermal upgrades, secondary glazing installation, masonry repairs, and full Health & Safety management as Principal Contractor.
