Community Welfare and Debt Advice for Mental Health Service Users

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking to commission a community-based service that provides specialist welfare benefits and debt advice to adults experiencing mental health problems. The service will help individuals increase their income, reduce or manage existing debt, and improve their overall health and wellbeing. The successful provider will work with vulnerable adults to navigate benefits systems, provide financial advice, and support recovery through improved financial stability. This is a specialist role requiring expertise in both mental health support and welfare benefits advice.
