Orthodontic Services Contract - Hertfordshire 2027-2037

NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board is awarding a contract for the provision of Orthodontic Services in Harpenden through a Direct Award Process C. This contract covers dental orthodontic care, including treatment with traditional braces, clear aligners, and removable retainers for patients with crooked, overlapped, twisted, or gapped teeth. The contract runs from 2027 to 2037. This is a direct award to the existing provider who has demonstrated excellent service delivery, met all key performance indicators with no quality concerns, achieved positive patient outcomes, and received no patient complaints. The current contracting arrangements remain unchanged from the existing agreement.
