NEC4 Contract Administration Services for M0135 Enhancements Stage 7 (North)

This opportunity seeks a qualified consultant to provide professional NEC4 contract administration services for the M0135 Enhancements Stage 7 project in the North region. The successful consultant will deploy a competent NEC4 Project Manager to deliver comprehensive contract management support including: contract administration oversight, contractor payment assessment and certification, programme acceptance and approval, risk management and mitigation, and all standard Project Manager duties under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). The consultant must be experienced in NEC4 contracts and capable of providing impartial, professional guidance throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure compliance, manage stakeholder interests, and deliver project objectives.
