Evaluation Partner for the Federated Data Platform

This contract seeks an Evaluation Partner to assess the Federated Data Platform (FDP), a major government technology initiative. As part of the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP), the FDP requires independent evaluation due to its scale and complexity. The successful partner will deliver a comprehensive evaluation that: demonstrates the programme's impact and expected future outcomes; assesses whether project objectives have been achieved; identifies and captures key learnings; and provides evidence of value for money and accountability to stakeholders. This is a critical role in ensuring transparent reporting and continuous improvement of the platform.
