University of Galway Catering Services Concession – Single Supplier Framework Agreement

The University of Galway seeks a qualified catering services concessionaire to operate Saol Café, a social enterprise café located in the ILAS Building, and provide associated hospitality services. The selected concessionaire will enter into a service concession contract with the University and assume full operational, management, and commercial responsibility for the café. The concessionaire must operate according to social enterprise principles, including inclusive and supported employment practices, environmental sustainability initiatives, and community engagement activities. The successful tenderer must comply with all contractual obligations, legislative requirements, and University of Galway policies. This is a single-supplier framework agreement opportunity.
