Access to the Hills Walking Routes Construction Project - Belfast

This contract involves the construction and improvement of approximately 8km of walking routes across the Belfast Hills between Cave Hill and Black Mountain in North and West Belfast. The project scope includes upgrading existing paths, creating new path sections, and installing field gates, pedestrian access controls, steps, wayfinding signage, and drainage infrastructure. Works are distributed across multiple routes connecting communities including Fernhill House to Divis, Ligoniel to Divis, and Divis to Cave Hill. The project aims to improve public access to the Belfast Hills, enhance recreational walking opportunities, and strengthen community links to the natural environment.
