Ground Floor Fit-Out for Policing and Community Safety Authority in Dublin

This project involves the renovation and reconfiguration of a 350-square-meter ground floor space at 90 North King Street, Smithfield, Dublin 7 for the new Policing and Community Safety Authority (PCSA). The work includes retaining three existing meeting rooms and ancillary spaces (storage, communications room, break area, and sanitary facilities), while subdividing the open plan office area to create a new 10-workstation office and a flexible event/townhall space accommodating 20-64 people in multiple configurations. The project aims to support increased staffing and provide modern meeting and training facilities. Suppliers should be prepared to bid on interior construction, partitioning, office fit-out, MEP coordination, and finishing work.
