Road Rail Vehicle and Operator Hire Framework Agreement

Nexus is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the hire of Road Rail Vehicles (RRVs) and qualified Operators. Suppliers selected under this framework will be called upon to provide RRVs and Operators as needed for Nexus's operational requirements through individual Hire Contracts. This framework will allow Nexus to issue periodic requests for services based on specific needs. The procurement process, framework terms, and call-off procedures are detailed in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation. To participate, suppliers must register for free access to the North East Procurement Organisation's OPEN eProcurement portal, where all procurement documents are available and tender responses must be submitted. Registration is simple and can be completed at the OPEN portal website.
