Scottish Enterprise Banking Services Contract Extension

Scottish Enterprise is seeking to maintain banking services continuity through December 2028. The organization is undergoing significant digital transformation, including implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Current banking arrangements have critical operational and technical dependencies with existing finance systems. To mitigate implementation risks and ensure successful ERP deployment, Scottish Enterprise intends to extend its current contract with Bank of Scotland plc rather than introduce a new banking provider during this transition period.
