Lead Engagement Networks for Older People and Dementia Support in Bury

Bury Council is seeking a provider to lead and coordinate two collaborative networks: the Older People's Network and the Dementia Co-Production Network. The successful provider will work with Council Officers, network members, and senior leaders from partner agencies to develop vision statements and detailed action plans that reflect the needs and aspirations of Bury's aging population. This role supports the delivery of Bury's Health and Adult Care Ageing Well Strategy 2025-2030 through a collaborative approach that brings together community members, service providers, and Council representatives. The provider will facilitate joint working on the broader Bury Ageing Well agenda, ensuring that services and support are co-designed with older people and those affected by dementia.
