Security and CCTV Services Framework for Wales Rail Network

Network Rail Wales Route is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive security and CCTV services across the region. The supplier must deliver: (1) CCTV and Remote Deployed Systems (RDS) including 24-hour surveillance with nighttime capability, alarm functionality, full data connectivity, footage access for Network Rail, ad-hoc camera solutions, and equipment maintenance; (2) Patrol Services available 24/7/365 including mobile and static patrols at stations, depots, lineside locations and other premises, supporting trespass management, vandalism prevention, anti-social behaviour response, theft prevention, station security, and suicide prevention/welfare incident management, with major incident and expedited response capabilities; (3) Competence assurance through compliance reporting on Counter Terrorism Training, HOT/WHAT, Security Industry Authority licensing, Working Time Regulations, Fatigue Management, and Personal Track Safety; and (4) Comprehensive reporting on service delivery and competence management as defined by Network Rail. This is a framework opportunity requiring an experienced security provider capable of managing large-scale rail infrastructure protection.
