Domestic Gas Servicing and Maintenance Contract for Tandridge District Council Housing

Tandridge District Council is seeking a contractor to provide domestic gas servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation services across its housing stock. Services include annual gas safety inspections, planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and emergency call-outs, heating system installation and upgrades, compliance servicing of communal heating, safety device testing, flue and ventilation inspections, and compliance reporting. The Council will use an open tender procedure with a single-stage process, advertised through UK e-notification services in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. Tenderers should demonstrate commitment to resident safety and statutory compliance, high-quality service delivery, effective resident engagement, Gas Safe registered and trained workforce, support for low-carbon heating technologies, and delivery of social value through local employment and apprenticeships.
