Archaeological Mitigation Services for Northstowe Phase 3A Development

Homes England is seeking a contractor to deliver comprehensive archaeological mitigation works across the Northstowe Phase 3A development in sub-phases 3A1, 3A2, 3A3, and 3A5. The successful contractor will undertake all archaeological investigations required to comply with Planning Condition 45, coordinate with the wider project team, and ensure seamless integration with the development schedule.
