Interested agencies should submit a brief expression of interest (not a formal tender) that includes: company overview, relevant experience with similar projects in housing or comparable sectors with demonstrated impact, and reasons for interest. Submissions should be titled 'Developing an EC value narrative [Company Name]'. Agencies demonstrating strong relevant expertise may be invited to submit formal quotations.
