Unit4 ERP Implementation and Application Support Services

Merchant Quay Ireland (MQI) is seeking a single service provider to implement and support the Unit4 ERP finance solution. The scope of work includes: (1) full implementation of the Unit4 ERP finance platform; (2) comprehensive implementation services and configuration; (3) hypercare support during and immediately after the system go-live; and (4) ongoing application management, advisory, and configuration support services post-implementation. This is a significant engagement covering system deployment, training, stabilization, and long-term operational support. Note that Unit4 will separately maintain responsibility for core SaaS platform support, incident management, and standard product support under existing Unit4 support agreements.
