    The Local Government Association (LGA) is seeking a supplier to design, develop, pilot and refine Situational Judgement Test (SJT) content for three graduate programmes: Impact: The Local Government Graduate Programme, Impact: Finance and Pathways to Planning. The successful supplier will create a comprehensive bank of SJT questions and response options aligned to each programme's competency framework, covering all competencies equally with realistic scenarios. The content must be formatted to minimize ambiguity and cognitive load while ensuring accessibility and reducing adverse impact. Work will include initial design, piloting with appropriate sample groups, data analysis and iterative refinement to ensure the assessment tool is robust, valid and fair for use at the initial sift stage of graduate recruitment.
