    Brief

The Irish Department of Agriculture seeks qualified occupational health service providers to deliver fitness assessments and occupational health services for Temporary Veterinary Inspectors (TVIs) working in meat processing facilities. TVIs are private veterinary practitioners contracted to conduct meat inspection services in high-risk industrial environments. Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Department must ensure TVIs are protected from workplace health and safety risks. Fitness assessments will evaluate whether TVIs can safely perform inspection duties without compromising their health and wellbeing in meat plant settings. This contract requires providers experienced in occupational health assessments for workers in industrial food processing environments. Complete tender documentation contains detailed specifications, service requirements, and assessment criteria.
