Online Education for Permanently Excluded Primary School Pupils

Lincolnshire Council is seeking a DfE Online Education Accreditation Scheme approved supplier to provide full-time online education to permanently excluded primary pupils (ages 5-11). The supplier must hold active DfE accreditation with primary phase approval. Placements are interim in nature, with pupils transitioning to site-based alternative provision, mainstream schools, or specialist settings as appropriate. The service operates on a flexible 'roll on, roll off' basis with pupils entering and leaving at any point throughout the academic year. Placement numbers are demand-driven and will fluctuate based on exclusion volumes and pupil needs.
