Design and Construction of 5 Warehouse Units at Centennial Park, Portsmouth

This procurement is seeking a contractor to design and construct 5 single-storey warehouse units at Centennial Park, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth. The units will have a combined gross internal area of approximately 53,000 square feet, with individual unit heights ranging from 8m to 12m to the underside of haunch. Each unit will include internal mezzanine office accommodation. External works include hard standings, car parking, landscaping, drainage systems, fencing, street furniture, external lighting, EV charging stations, and connections to main services. The contract is being procured by DTZ Investors on behalf of Glasgow City Council as the administering authority for the Strathclyde Pension Fund (part of the Local Government Pension Scheme). Quartz Project Services Limited is managing the project. The successful contractor will contract directly with Glasgow City Council to deliver the works.
