EPOS System for Carmarthenshire County Council Leisure Facilities

Carmarthenshire County Council's Healthy Communities & Public Protection Service is seeking to procure a multifunctional Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system for use across its leisure service venues. The system will be deployed in cafés and restaurants located within diverse facilities including leisure centres, country parks, small hotels, museums, art venues, and theatres. The solution must support flexible configuration to meet varying operational needs, with core capabilities including point-of-sale transactions for food and beverage and retail operations, facility admissions management, ticketing, membership tracking, real-time inventory management, and comprehensive back-office reporting. Key objectives are to reduce operational costs, increase sales, and improve customer service. The system should provide real-time financial data and transaction management to facilitate daily operations across multiple venues with differing requirements.
