Great Western Railway Customer-Facing Maintenance Services Framework

First Greater Western Limited is establishing a multi-supplier Framework Agreement to deliver customer-facing maintenance services for rolling stock and facilities. This framework will support various maintenance projects including paint defect rectification, anti-graffiti film replacement, window and draught screen replacement, seat repair and replacement, graffiti removal and repainting, deep window cleaning, rolling stock vinyl wrapping, and preventative maintenance programmes. Work scope, complexity, and value will vary across individual projects, with specific requirements detailed in NEC Task Orders issued under the framework. Suppliers selected must demonstrate capability, capacity, and experience to deliver high-quality services to required standards throughout the framework term. Note: This procurement may be transferred to a new public sector operator of Great Western Railway services, which is expected to be a DfT-owned subsidiary.
