Enniscrone Coastal Development Project – New Community Pavilion, Bath House Refurbishment, and Public Realm Enhancement

This construction project involves comprehensive development of the Enniscrone beachfront area in County Sligo, Ireland. Work includes demolition of the existing pavilion base and associated structures, followed by construction of a new two-story Community Pavilion with ground floor community space, first-floor café, and roof-level viewing areas. The project encompasses full refurbishment and conservation of the Cliff Bath House (a Protected Structure), including installation of sauna facilities and restoration of a seaweed bath. Public realm enhancements include new accessible ramps and walkways connecting multiple levels, an outdoor performance area, covered shelters, landscaped gathering spaces, widened boardwalks, viewing areas with a covered colonnade, accessible toilets, and a new accessible route to the Old Slipway. The scope also includes installation of new foul and surface water drainage systems, water supply, mechanical and electrical services, CCTV systems, and discretely positioned external lighting. All work must accommodate accessibility requirements and integrate with the protected natural maritime landscape.
