Supported Housing Strategy Development with Lived Experience Input

Sussex local authorities are seeking a provider or group of providers to facilitate meaningful lived experience involvement in developing new supported housing strategies. The government requires these comprehensive strategies—covering various supported accommodation types—to be completed by March 31, 2027. East Sussex County Council is leading this procurement on behalf of the partnership. The successful provider(s) will work with local authorities to ensure people with lived experience of supported housing actively shape strategy development throughout the process. This is a statutory requirement under government guidance, making this a strategic opportunity to influence housing policy across the Sussex region.
