Catering Services Tender for 6 Primary Schools

Inclusive Schools Trust is seeking a single catering supplier to provide comprehensive food services across 6 primary schools for a 3-year contract (1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029), with options to extend for up to 2 additional years. The supplier will manage all meal provision for approximately 190 school days annually, including free school meals, paid meals, and hospitality services. The current contract value is approximately £575,000 per annum. The successful supplier will be expected to review and enhance current catering operations, introduce innovative food offerings that reflect contemporary high street trends, source fresh produce locally where possible, and support pupil education around healthy eating and food provenance. The contract will operate on a fixed ceiling price basis with performance guarantees. Free school meals and hospitality charges will be determined annually based on actual consumption and government funding rates.
