    Brief

    The Royal Observatory Greenwich (ROG) is seeking a Scenic Engineering Model Contractor for the ROG First Light Project. The successful contractor will design, engineer, fabricate, install, and commission scenic props, models, and kinetic sculptures for exhibition displays across the observatory site. Work will include custom finishes in various materials and paint techniques, with installations in both indoor and outdoor locations. The contractor will be responsible for design development, technical engineering, and coordination with exhibition designers and other on-site contractors. This is a two-stage procurement process: first, a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQS) will be used to shortlist qualified contractors, followed by a formal tender invitation.
