    Brief

    This is an immediate service requirement for the festive period 2025. We are seeking a mobile community diagnostics service that delivers a comprehensive solution combining x-ray, ultrasound, and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) capabilities. Key Requirements: - Single integrated system that fits in a standard vehicle operated by one person (meeting LEZ and carbon zero standards) - Deployable to community settings, residential homes (including flats), and care homes - Report turnaround time of maximum 1 hour from image/test acquisition to reporting - All-in-one platform with integrated tele-diagnostics capability - Support for plain film and cross-sectional imaging reporting - Interoperability with Health Board systems using HL7 data exchange standards - Native self-contained platform requiring no external connectivity dependencies Vendor Responsibilities: - Conduct full end-to-end acceptance testing and validation before go-live, including equipment verification, workflow testing, and system connectivity checks - Provide local engineering support with 120-minute maximum response time - Deliver equipment contingency and replacement plan within 24 hours of fault notification - Enable same-visit patient outcome reporting to support clinical decision-making and prescribing before the advanced practice radiographer leaves the patient's home
