Security and Door Supervision Services for Museum Sites

Procurement opportunity for comprehensive security guarding services at Royal Armouries Leeds and Fort Nelson (Portsmouth). Services include: static guarding at internal and external locations (entrances, galleries, public areas, back-of-house, perimeter); routine and ad hoc patrols of buildings, grounds, car parks and risk areas; access control and monitoring of entry/exit points; incident response for disturbances, emergencies, suspicious activity and theft; alarm response and rapid mobile call-out services (Fort Nelson); licensed door supervision for events; visitor assistance and site ambassador duties; emergency support including evacuation and fire response; incident monitoring and reporting; key holding and premises security; event and operational support for high-footfall periods; and full compliance with SIA licensing, training standards and relevant legislation. Estimated contract value: £216,000 (initial term £130,000 plus optional extensions £86,000).
