Stairlifts and Through Floor Lifts Supply and Installation in North Yorkshire

This is a four-year contract to supply, install, service and maintain stairlifts and through floor lifts for eligible residents across North Yorkshire under the Disabled Facilities Grant scheme. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers stairlifts including recycling and refurbishment services, and Lot 2 covers through floor lifts including associated building works. Services include initial customer surveys, professional installation, ongoing maintenance, product warranties, emergency repairs and customer support. The council will monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). The total estimated contract value is £5,000,000 over the four-year term. While each lot has an indicative budget allocation, the council reserves flexibility to adjust spending between lots based on actual demand.
