Local Systemic Therapy Service for Families and Children

This is a local authority funded opportunity to provide systemic therapy services for families and children in the community. The service addresses a gap in support for families who do not qualify for specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) but are at risk of escalation without intervention. The service will primarily support families requiring therapeutic support outside the NHS scope, helping to prevent further involvement with statutory services. It may also support individual children and young people already engaged with Children and Families Social Care, as recommended by their social worker. Suppliers should be equipped to deliver evidence-based systemic therapy approaches and work collaboratively with social care and health partners.
