Multi-Supplier ICT Procurement Framework for Education Providers

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is establishing a multi-supplier ICT Procurement Framework to help schools and education authorities procure ICT services, professional consultancy, and technology products through a compliant, flexible route to market. This framework is designed specifically for the education sector and will be operated by Nexus, an accredited Multi Academy Trust working with the Positive Change Alliance to improve procurement outcomes. The procurement will be conducted under the Procurement Act 2023 using an Open Procedure, with multiple suppliers appointed to each lot. Eligible education sector contracting authorities can use this framework to access a broad range of solutions. The framework comprises three main lots: (1) ICT Support Services and Managed Services covering managed ICT, technical support, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking and connectivity; (2) Professional Services including ICT consultancy, strategy, architecture, project management, digital transformation and training; and (3) Hardware covering end-user devices, servers, storage, networking equipment, classroom technology and associated deployment services.
