Commercial HVAC Services for Council Buildings

This is a commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services contract for the Council's non-domestic properties. The service provider will be responsible for maintaining statutory compliance, performing planned preventative maintenance, responding to reactive maintenance requests, and completing associated repairs on all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related equipment across the Council's estate. Key responsibilities include system performance management, regular reporting, and full contract management as detailed in the tender documentation. All tender documents must be downloaded from and submissions must be returned through the Council's official e-tendering portal; submissions submitted through any other method will not be accepted.
