Maple Place Residential Development - Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works Services

The Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to provide Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works services for the Maple Place residential development. The consultant will manage the project delivery through RIBA design and construction stages 4 to 7, overseeing the transition from detailed design through to project completion. Responsibilities will include supervising contractors, monitoring quality and compliance, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the development meets agreed specifications and building regulations.
