ERP System Implementation and Support Services

This procurement seeks vendors to implement and support a comprehensive ERP transformation programme (Project Keelson) across Finance, Human Capital Management, and Operations. The successful vendor will deliver or integrate systems covering: Engineer-to-order capabilities (estimating through as-built handover); Core finance functions (record-to-report, project management, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, fixed assets, payments, expenses, and financial planning); Procurement and inventory management (contracts, sourcing, stock control, supply chain, and warehousing); HCM services (recruitment, HR, learning, performance management, and workforce scheduling); and integrated Payroll with employee self-service. This strategic programme aims to modernize operations, eliminate manual and disconnected processes, and establish a scalable digital foundation to support future growth and operational efficiency.
