LPCB Certified Security Equipment Supply and Installation Framework

Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) is seeking LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) certified security equipment suppliers to protect critical water and wastewater infrastructure. This framework agreement covers the supply, installation, and optional maintenance of certified security products across five product categories: security covers, entry doors, bar sets/cages/enclosures, GRP kiosks, and roller shutter doors. These assets will be deployed at operational sites including reservoirs, treatment works, pumping stations, and service reservoirs to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, sabotage, and contamination. Suppliers must also conduct site surveys, create site plans, and provide security recommendations to ensure compliance with Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) standards and industry security requirements. Two qualified bidders will be selected per lot (primary and secondary) to deliver call-off orders. Successful suppliers must meet agreed service levels, delivery timelines, and performance standards as specified in the framework agreement.
