L&Q is relaunching a comprehensive financial inclusion service available to all residents across its locations following its merger with Trafford Housing Trust. The service combines professional debt advice, welfare rights support, and energy advice with a high-quality triage system to ensure residents receive appropriate help based on their needs. The procured service will manage up to 7,000 annual referrals through a two-tier model: a phone-based solution for straightforward cases (approximately 2,400 individuals annually) and in-house specialist support for vulnerable residents and complex cases requiring sustained intervention. Cases unsuited to either pathway will receive quality referrals to external specialist services.
