Branded Clothing and Promotional Merchandise Supplier

Queen's University Belfast is seeking a single supplier to provide a comprehensive range of promotional merchandise and branded clothing items. The successful supplier will supply, brand, store (where required), and deliver both standard and bespoke items to support University events, marketing campaigns, student engagement initiatives, and internal operational requirements. The contract encompasses bulk/wholesale items distributed through the Welcome Centre, as well as customized items ordered by individual Schools, Directorates, and other internal departments. All orders will be managed through Queen's internal ordering platform, and the supplier must demonstrate capability to integrate with and operate within this system. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, fulfilling orders efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and providing responsive customer service to internal stakeholders. The supplier should be experienced in handling both volume orders and bespoke customization requests.
