The contract runs for an initial 2 years (1 August 2027 to 31 July 2029) with potential extensions up to 5 years total, valued at £8,040,809. The contractor must deliver high-quality, freshly prepared meals using locally sourced ingredients, accommodate diverse dietary and cultural requirements, ensure food safety and allergen management, and foster a positive dining experience. Key responsibilities include providing breakfast, morning break, lunch and after-school services throughout the academic year, plus event catering on request.
